Day: 1
Nairobi – amboseli
This morning we depart nairobi by road through the scenic athi plains and into the bush country of amboseli national park, home to the legendary maasai tribesmen and famous for huge herds of elephant.
Arrive for lunch at aa lodge amboseli.
After lunch an afternoon spice game run is planned. In addition to elephant, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and the elusive leopard, nearly every vista within the park is framed by majestic mount kilimanjaro in the distance.
Day: 2
Full day amboseli
Rising early for good views of mount kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, we set off for another stimulating spice game drive. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including everything from wildebeest to giraffes to baboons.
After lunch depart for an afternoon game drive.
Optional visit to a masai village can be arranged after breakfast at an extra small fee.
Masai warriors are famously known as the proud nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battle and single-handed acts of bravery in fights with the wild animals are known across the world.
A visit reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals.

Amboseli – naivasha
After breakfast depart for naivasha.
Arrive for lunch at lake naivasha sopa lodge.
Lake naivasha is a freshwater lake and it is part of the great rift valley. The name is derived from the local maasai name naiposha, meaning "rough water" because of the sudden storms which can arise.
Lake naivasha is a bird watchers paradise. African buffalo, zebra, eland, hartebeest, thomsons gazelle, and baboons are also common. The park is also home to klipspringer antelope and chanlers mountain reedbuck.
Day: 4
Naivasha – masai mara
Breakfast at the hotel and then depart for masai mara.Arrive for lunch at mara sopa lodge. 1600 hrs, depart for an afternoon game drive.
Explore masai mara, kenyas finest and most outstanding wildlife sanctuary where gentle rolling grassland ensures animals are never out of sight.

Day: 5
Full day masai mara
After breakfast leave for a full day game drive with picnic lunch at mara river. Wherever you go in the vast masai mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras and hippos are also found in great numbers.
The ultimate action here is without doubt the annual wildebeest exodus, the great migration, in july and august when millions of these grass eaters move north from the serengeti in search of lusher grass before turning south again in october to december.
Day: 6
Full day masai mara
Depart for a full day game drive at 0830 hrs. Enjoy about 6 hours of extensive game drives in the mara. This full day safari game drive will enable you to discover other areas of the masai mara game reserve. Optional hot balloon safari can be organized.
Day: 7
Masai mara – nairobi
Depart for nairobi after breakfast. Drop off at your hotel / residence in the afternoon.
