Itinerary
Day: 1
Transfer from kampala to murchiso falls nantional park
A guide from aa safaris and tours ltd will meet you at your hotel at 7 am to drive you heading north of uganda along nakasongorwa road. The drive will take you to visit the rhino sanctuary and also stop in masindi for lunch. After lunch drive to enter the park and the proceed to visit the top of the falls. While at the top be cautious and follow your guide`s directions. Later you will drive to proceed to your hotel.
Day: 2
game drives and boat ride on victoria nile
Before sunrise at 6 am you will go for a game drive in the park searching for wildlife. This early morning game drive will rewards you will animals, like lions, hyenas, leopards, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes and many more. You will later return to your hotel for a late breakfast and then relax at the lodge as you wait for your lunch. Have lunch and then later in the afternoon you will go for a boat cruise on the victoria nile to the bottom of the falls. The drive is 3 hours and you should watch out for water loving animals like the crocodiles, hippos, and plenty of birds at the shores. The boat rides stops closer to the bottom of the falls, therefore you should be able to get a clearer view of the falls.
Day: 3
chimpanzee tracking in murchison falls
Start the day with an early breakfast, and then transfer to budongo forest area to go and track chimpanzees. The trek takes 3 to 4 hours and you should be back in time for lunch. On meeting the chimpanzees you will be allowed to spend 1 hour following them and then you will return to your hotel for lunch. You will have the rest of the afternoon free for you to relax and enjoy nature
Day: 4
transfer back to kampala
In the morning after breakfast, at around 9am we will depart the hotel to transfer back to kampala. The drive will take 6 hours and you should arrive in the afternoon.
