Itinerary
Day: 1
Nairobi - lake bogoria spa and resort
You will be picked up from jomo kenyatta international airport (nbo) then depart for lake bogoria. On arrival, enjoy a one-hour boat ride as you do bird watching at the lake.
Later, you will have lunch. After lunch, depart for lake bogoria spa and resort for rest and dinner. Dinner and overnight at lake bogoria spa and resort (full board).
Day: 2
lake baringo
Have breakfast at the resort and depart for lake baringo. Enjoy birding on this lake. Lake baringo is at the threshold of northern kenya, and its freshwaters are an oasis in the arid plains. The 129 square kilometers lake is well stocked with fish, and attracts many pelicans, cormorants, and fish eagles. It is also well populated with crocodiles. The lake itself is truly beautiful, surrounded by volcanic ranges that stretch as far as the eye can see.
Retreat later for overnight and rest. All meals and overnight will be at lake bogoria spa and resort (full board).
Day: 3

With picnic lunch on board depart for kakamega forest national reserve to arrive late afternoon. After rest, depart for a guided nature walk in the forest and later return for dinner. Dinner and overnight at rondo retreat centre (full board).

Kakamega forest is the only remnant in kenya of the once great tropical rainforest that stretched across central africa, also known as the guineo-congolian forest.
The forest is productive of an amazing biological diversity, with animals such as monkeys, forest squirrels, genettes, pangolins, giant forest squirrels, hammer-headed fruit bats, bushpig, as well as about 400 species of birds, snakes, insects and butterflies - all interconnected and part of supporting the forests ecosystem itself by spreading the seeds of the trees and pollinating the flowers.

Kakamega forest national reserve - maasai mara game reserve
After breakfast depart for maasai mara game reserve with picnic en-route. Game drive en-route to mara sentrim (full board).

Maasai mara game reserve
You will have two full days of morning and afternoon game drives in the reserve. You will be in your exclusive vehicle with your professional tour guide to assist you in taking photos and spotting birds and animals. All meals and overnight are at mara sentrim (full board).
