Itinerary
Day: 1
Kampala - queen elizabeth national park
In the early morning, you will be picked-up in kampala (uganda) and travel to queen elizabeth national park. Along the way you will stop at the equator to visit the igongo cultural museum and get a snack. After this stop you will continue your drive to queen elizabeth national park; arriving in the late afternoon. You will check-in at the irungu forest safari lodge and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Later in the evening, you will have dinner and then settle in for your overnight stay
Day: 2

After breakfast, you will enjoy a morning game drive where you will view elephant, buffalo, waterbuck and the famous tree climbing lion, among many other animals. You will return to the lodge for lunch and then set off in the afternoon for a kazinga channel boat cruise where you will view the highest hippo concentrations in africa. At sunset, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay
Day: 3
queen elizabeth national park - lake bunyonyi
After breakfast, you will check-out and travel to lake bunyonyi, passing through the ishasha sector of the park; well known for tree-climbing lion. You will enjoy a short game drive, looking out for lion, as you head out of the queen elizabeth national park and continue south to lake bunyonyi. Upon arrival at the bunyonyi safaris resort, you will check-in, have lunch and enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your leisure, enjoy the swimming pool, steam & sauna, gym, garden bar and hilltop sports grounds. Later in the evening, you will have dinner and then settle in for the night
Day: 4

After breakfast, you will head out on an early morning boat tour on one of africa""s deepest crater lakes. You will visit several islands to learn about their history and cultural significance, as well as take a short nature walk to view zebra, antelope and other wildlife. A stopover at another island will allow you to zipline across the lake! later in the day, you will return to the resort for lunch and then spend the rest of the evening at your leisure enjoying the resort facilities, having dinner and settling in for the rest of the night
Day: 5
kigali
After breakfast, you will check-out. Depending on your flight schedule, you will transfer to the nearest airport, for your departure flight home. This is where your safari will end
