Pick up from your hotel in arusha.
07h30am transfer to ngorongoro, descend onto the crater floor for game drive
The main crater: the worlds sixth-largest unbroken caldera, the crater is the flagship tourism feature for the ngorongoro conservation area. It is a large, unbroken, un-flooded caldera, formed when a giant volcano exploded and collapsed some three million years ago.
The crater sinks to a depth of 610 metres, with a base area covering 260 square kms

Tanzanias oldest and most popular national park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed a 7th world wide wonder, the serengeti is famed for its annual migration, when some six million hooves pound the open plains.
The spectacle of predator versus prey dominates tanzanias greatest park. Golden-maned lion prides feast on the abundance of plain grazers. Solitary leopards haunt the acacia trees lining the seronera river, while a high density of cheetahs prowls the south eastern plains. You will stay in "safari styled" tents with private shower and toilet facilities and enjoy a good meal in the middle of the african bush.
